What should I wear to class?
We recommend wearing comfy clothes (no dresses, skirts or super tight pants since you will be sitting all class!). We will also have you take hand and wrist jewelry off so you do not have to clean them later!
What if I need to cancel my class- do you do refunds?
We do not refund classes but can give you a credit if you cancel before 48 hours of the start time! Class credit is valid for one year of purchase date.

​We have a strict late arrival cutoff time of 30 minutes due to our instruction timeline. Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of the start of class for for a Pots & Pints or Private class will result in cancellation without refund or class credit.

If you have to miss a session in a Month Long Class, we do not offer make up dates, but the instructor will save your pot for you to work on the following class. If you have to miss the last class, please contact us to schedule a glazing session.
What if I get my pot back and something happened to it?
Sometimes pots may crack at the bottom, a glaze may run off the bottom corner or cover designs in the clay- This is all a part of creating something handmade but we are sorry if it happens!
Pots may crack if the floor is too thin, thick or not compressed properly. We hope you have a great experience either way!
